This cdrom contains 230 pictures of Cumnock and its people. Pictures include views of the town in days past and school class photographs from the 1940's, 1950's and 1960's. All pictures have been restored and digitally enhanced to remove scratches and other blemishes to enable them to be viewed as clearly as the day they were taken.

All the pictures on the cdrom are displayed on screen at 800x600 pixels. The pictures are viewed using the Slideshow program supplied, this program does not require to be installed and runs directly from the cdrom.

To complement the cdrom the images have been reproduced online. Due to bandwidth and storage limitations the images presented online are smaller in size and of a lesser image quality.
